A Calling That Started Early

Ron Christopher Stamps first stepped inside a courtroom when he was 11 years old. A teacher and mentor introduced him to the study of law through the Street Law program, giving Ron an early look at the legal system and the role lawyers play within it.
The experience stayed with him. What began as a young boy’s interest in the law eventually became a career spanning more than 30 years.

Today, Ron is an experienced civil litigator who has spent decades representing individuals, families, businesses, and public entities in Louisiana courtrooms. His approach is grounded in careful preparation, sound judgment, and a belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to be heard.
For Ron, that begins with listening. He believes effective representation requires understanding not only the legal issues, but also the person, family, or business behind them. It is a philosophy reflected in the firm he founded and its commitment to being a place Where Every Client Matters.

Beyond the Courtroom

A New Orleans native who settled in Shreveport 30 years ago, Ron remains deeply connected to the culture of his hometown. An accomplished musician, he plays bass guitar and clarinet and has a deep appreciation for jazz and gospel music.

Ron is also a collector of New Orleans and Haitian art and enjoys preparing traditional New Orleans Creole cuisine for family and friends. His appreciation for music, art, and food reflects a connection to culture, creativity, and community that remains an important part of who he is.

Britney A. Green

Growing up, Britney loved history and studying the major events that shaped the world. She noticed that lawyers often appeared at the center of those moments—not simply practicing law, but leading movements, influencing change, and helping people and communities navigate what came next. It sparked an interest in the law and, over time, a belief in the power of leadership.

That belief has remained a constant throughout Britney’s career.

Before becoming an attorney, Britney served in the United States Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Sergeant. She later earned her law degree from Florida International University College of Law and began her legal career in Miami, practicing medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, and commercial litigation.

In 2008, Britney returned to Northwest Louisiana. Today, with more than 20 years of legal experience, her practice focuses on civil litigation, personal injury, family law, and successions.

Britney believes one of an attorney’s most important roles is to lead people through the unexpected. Every day, Britney helps clients understand where they are and make informed decisions about where to go next.

For Britney, that’s leadership. It’s the key to how she practices law and serves the clients who place their trust in Ron Christopher Stamps, LLC.

Dale L. Sibley

Dale L. Sibley is a Louisiana native who received his undergraduate degree in Sociology from Northwestern State University of Louisiana (1980) and his J. D. from Tulane University (1987). After leaving NSU, he was commissioned into the U. S. Army Infantry, where he served as Captain, before leaving to attend Law School at Tulane.

After clerking at a downtown New Orleans firm during law school, Mr. Sibley graduated and returned to his home area, where he served as an Assistant District Attorney (30th JDC, Vernon Parish) and established a solo law practice. He has worked as Director of Administration and General Counsel for a private construction company, was a founding partner of Sibley, Hall & Stamps, provided contractual services to the City of Shreveport. Mr. Sibley has also served as an adjunct professor of Criminal Justice at Wiley College in Marshall, Texas and local proprietary schools.

Mr. Sibley has developed extensive expertise in the area of government and municipal administration. He has served as Congressional District Manager for the Fourth Congressional District of Louisiana (U. S. Congressman Jim McCrery), Director of Economic Development for the City of Shreveport ( Mayor Hazel Beard), Member and Chairman of the Metropolitan Planning Commission, and Chief Administrative Officer of the City of Shreveport (Mayor Cedric Glover). Mr. Sibley has also served on numerous boards and commissions, including the Downtown Development Authority and Shreveport Regional Arts Council and is a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Shreveport- Bossier program.

Currently, Mr. Sibley concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal, administrative, and commercial litigation.
